Why Colin and Susan Withers chose Casa Collina.

We are UK based and having owned a villa in Spain were looking for something different for our retirement and our family enjoyment. We chose Italy and on visiting the Marche region were impressed with its beauty, stunning beaches, interesting sites and numerous activities. The people in Cossignano were also so friendly we knew we would enjoy this area.

We chose Casa Collina because of its private location and stunning views yet within walking distance of Cossignano and close to beaches. Then followed two years of hard work converting the old two houses to provide the ideal family location which suits our needs perfectly. The infinity pool was our own creation with luxury mosaic tiles rather than pool liner and a small baby pool at the lower level. Each year we add something different with new areas in the garden.

We are sure if you stay at Casa Collina you will have a great time and fall in love with the area--as we have.
