We also in low season rent the house in 2 sections
Our top part of the house then consists of 3 bedrooms all ensuite and will sleep 6 , large lounge and kitchen / dining room and private terrace area.
In low season the pool is not available. Please be aware there is a small chance you may be sharing the outside communal space with the downstairs apartment if occupied.
The cost for the top part of the house per week is £1500. We will consider shorter time periods . For all enquiries on this please send a message.
Our bottom section of the house then consists of 2 bedrooms one ensuite and second with a separate bathroom and will sleep 4 , lounge and kitchen / dining room and private terrace area.

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and the balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. We also request at final payment date a £500 or 500 euro security deposit to cover any damage to the property or facilities which will be refunded within 10days of departure-subject to costs.
Changeover day is normally a Saturday although alternatives will be considered especially out of season. Departure must be before 10am on the final day and arrival can be any time after 4pm.
